Other folks don’t appreciate her musicality nor her kind of timbre of a voice. But we enjoy her high and low notes, her belting technique, and her very capable lungs. Her talent does not intimidate us neither. Lol! We accept the fact that she can sing way better than us. That’s why we love her! 💥🔥👍🏻🎶🤗💕🇺🇸
You’re right about the type of belt she used here, twice if I remember right. She still did her usual screechy belt but she showed she can use a more open and rounded belt which is more pleasing to the ear. She has the capability to do it and she would destroy the “competition” if she used that more often. The reason belters use the screechier belting is it’s easier to produce and manipulate. The more open belt takes discipline and effort.

Absolutely. Thicker it is, less fluid and manipulative it becomes. Plus, it's already hard to be flexible if you are singing with full power.
