This is actually a really good product with a serious flaw. The product would be better if the customer did not have to read through manuals to learn how to program it. They have a website for ready recipes, but why not already have it available out of the box and let the customer choose which one they will use? Also, there's nothing in the literature that recommends a specific temperature to preheat. I set it to 500 degrees because most the recipes were 500 or above, but I have no clue as to whether that is a good setting to have on all day or if it will somehow burn out or cause a fire....
