Why is it even a lesson, surely there should be a move to make all schools Irish medium. It’s your national language, what’s the hold up. Wales has turned like 30% of its schools into Ysgols.
@@nick-her9275 I'm a leaving cert student in an Irish secondary school. yeah we absolutely should have every single school in Irish language. I'm glad that an English person agrees with this stance because this opinion probably wouldn't be held by that majority in Ireland.

Wow I’m from England and I have no idea why I’m here but I can’t believe that students have to learn a play or novel just to learn a language.
I go to a gaelscoil , which is an Irish speaking school so this to me is just like learning a Shakespeare play in English
