I mean sure Phoebe is an iconic character but her acting was kinda sketchy at times, like she could barely keep straight face in several scenes and some of her expressions were like straight from the first acting lesson. Nothing against her and I'm not a Jennifer Aniston fan or anything but Aniston is a far better actress than Kudrow.

Chandler's mom kissed Ross not the other way around, and he was drunk, if you remember, so it was literally her fault. It wasn't on purpose, on Ross' part. Chandler and Mon here know what they are doing. Also, Ross was mad because he thought at first, they are just messing around and didn't want Monica hurt. He was happy right away when they told him they love each other. Two different situations, what do you not understand here?
Fun fact: the actor who plays Ross' boss also played the manager of the Sedgwick Hotel in the original Ghostbusters. Two other actors from that movie also had cameos on Friends - Ross and Monica's Grandma was the same actress who played the librarian, and Phoebe's boss at the massage parlor was the real estate agent who sold the firehouse to the Ghostbusters.
The one where everyone finds out is one of my favorite episodes in the series!! Mondler is probably my favorite story in this show!! So happy they decided to give them a relationship together
