Any suggestions on how to prepare Seadek prior to application of Shield? I probably have about 15 square feet of Seadek, how much Shield is needed? Will 16oz suffice?

Some diluted dawn and Scrub brush. Or deck clean. Rinse and dry. Then mist it on. 16oz will be plenty for at least 2 Applications
