It’s what happens when you don’t have a good budget plus time to develop, remember these 3 teams were promised a budget cap that never happened so were doomed before they even started once 2014 arrived they were always going to run out of money with the expensive new PUs.

HRT was a disaster. Car was slower than GP2 in 2010.
I don't know why FIA hasn't allowed Stefan GP to race when they had presumably very solid car inherited from Toyota and instead opted for HRT and kept place for USF1 fairytale as well.

@@DiegoDunoHRT has not paid the agreed sum to Dallara. For the money they paid, Dallara built a second, simple show car. The drivers were not allowed to push on the race weekends because accidents and damage had to be avoided. The team was in short supply of spare parts and feared Dallara would not supply spare parts.

You never seen the life Lc190 from 1990 a failed project with a unsafe chassis that failed to race in 89 and a W12 engine that had less than half the horsepower than the Honda senna had due to bad design choices in the engine itself and it was worse than the 2015/7 McLaren Honda
