Interesting. See I think a block positioned well is a great option into cav if you can make it a charge target for them and then either countercharge or force them to give up the charge. I'll ask steve his thoughts on them because I think its a great anvil into most cav.
@@terrainkickerspodcast I agree. I see cav lists at every tournament. Even a MSU will stop an Ashen Dawn move-charge and even if it gets whiped out by a charge-clash, it’s now fixed for a counter charge.
Agreed, they suffered for a while with mono options, it was infantry and maybe some minotaurs. Now they have some cav, chariots that fill a roll, and more brutes for punch and its a legit army and threat.

I have Nords but with Chariots coming I just got most of a CS army. I think it’s becoming a much more well rounded army.
