    If you drink minimum 3litres of water it helps in detoxification...Most of the nutritionist suggest that..So she may be instructed that by her dietician.

    She is eating less than 1000 calories a day which is not even enough for a child... She gets stucked at her weight because she eats so less and our body goes into survival mode and adopt those calories ! Please eat guys eat your veggies fruits and protein with healthy carbs and maintain the activity level 🙂 this kind of low calorie diets causes so much harmonal imbalance and menstrual problem take care

    Firstly poha is source if iron and milk or any dairy hinders iron absorption

      Infact there is even precise method...body weight in kg × 40 ml,
      eg- 60× 40 = 2400 ml or 2.4 litres...
      And maximum water should be consumed before sunset if possible.

    Dekhiye mam ap diet follow kr rhi hai bht achhi bAt hai ,but mera manna yh hai ki insan kB tk kha skta hai Aisa khana , kB tk diet follow kr skta hai zyayda se zyada 6 month ,1 year but atlast wo nhin kr skta follow kyuki apn nhi reh skte itna Lamba bhooka Khali papita ya fruits khakr , isiliye me Bura nhi KH rhi hu dieting but itni strict diet nhi krni chahiye blki SB kuch khao Haan yh ZARUR hai ki carbs avoid kro like chawal aalu and too much tala , junk foods but atleast ghr me jo bne wo khao or khoob work out kro ,walk kro or cinnamon drink lo, Roz morning me lemon honey water lo .ussse bhi Phatak pdta hai or yh SB cheezein hm hmesha follow bhi kr skte hai through out the life.pls ise hate commentse na smjhe it's just only my perspective.

    5-6 ltr water is too much for body....water need is different for all individuals drink when you feel thirsty its sign that you body need water....normally you can have 2- 3ltr water daily

    Wow I can’t even imagine getting up and straight going to the washroom and then having breakfast… my morning routine is so busy I get up feed the baby then go to washroom then clean her bottles make breakfast for husband etc then brush then bath the baby then feed her again. Then put her to bed then I get to eAt around 12pm everyday… your routine is a dream for most moms who don’t have any help at home and have to do everything on their own …

    Plz,i request everyone who are wathing this weightloose vlog of Saima not take th suggestions which she is giving,no. 1 never drink more than 2-3 litre water in a day becoz it may pressure on your kidneys,if you sweatuot 2+3litre thn u take 5 litre of water
    2nd suggestions never eat papaya wth milk or not take after 20-25mint.u have to take 2 hrs gap between both of them,she is not deiteican so do not follow weight loose tips.plz watch th channels which are based on healthy life style

    Dont have 5 to 6 lt. Water.. just dont..Each and every one's body is different.. so their diet would be different too. You can follow a healthy lifestyle.. just don't copy paste anyones diet.. and if you do calorie deficit diet suddenly you can feel dizziness..just dont do crash diet.. don't follow the same routine as saima.. and I am a Dietitian.

    Pl don't share information without knowledge.... because water always taking according ur body weight....it's not a hard n fast rule ki 5 lt. Lena h....even if anyone above 100 kg ..for those people also maximum 5 lt water intake...n if environmental conditions very hot / u sweat alot then u can add 1/2 lt. Not more than that

    Hi saima…just curious Where are your protein intake and how much proteins you are taking for weight loss.
    Ps: I’m also a new mom trying to reduce my weight and my dietician has included protein in every meal and you can’t exceed water intake more than 3 litres as per your weight threshold 😊❤

    She is following really low calorie diet.....i hope she is not doing it for really long...coz quick weightloss will be there but with lots of deficiencies.

    I guess your protein intake is low and as per your weight your body fat is hanging out on your sides so do extra workout to tighten up those body parts of yours if you do workout properly so you don’t need to starve yourself by this diet this is very less food..
