I’ve wanted to ask this question as well.
I sense that she has studied many things,, but what she speaks of is her original knowledge. I look forward to meeting her because I experience similar things but recognize that she is far more advanced than me. I want help communicating what I know better. So my understanding from your tutorial is then, that when New Age humans talk about moving into the 5th Dimension, it is the same as the 4th Density of this (Light-Love)-Universe we are currently having a human experience in.
RA teaches us that Gaia (and all life forms that exists on It/'Her') qualified as a 4th Density Being back in 2012. We are currently transitioning into the 4th Density, where the frequency of Light is higher, therefore holding more information, which is why the humans are currently starting evolving from homo-sapiens into homo-luminous .

Oh my! I believe i have a better understanding of the differences and will watch again for sure. I like the idea of the glass buildings w separate floors and different rooms. I think if u could somehow create a visual of that building and how densities and dimensions are represented that may help even more. If thats possible. I love ur no nonsense approach and the comparisons to other densities to demonstrate how we are different from other things such as animals and minerals. Hi Sarah, thank you for everything you do 🙏🏼 This is a shot in the dark but what do you think about Deja vu? It’s kept me really lost on my journey I experience it often usually during small breakthroughs or revelations. I’ve had an MRI and nothing is wrong i know a lot of other people in our community experience this mystery too. I can occasionally experience this upwards of 5 times a day, but those phases come and go. I try not to let it get me down or scared and it doesn’t anymore but it makes me feel empty.

I was walking in the heat while listening to this but got chills/goosebumps when you started talking about the multiverse. If you ever feel called to, I’d be interested in your wisdom on other universes beyond this one or more information on the multiverse. Otherwise, excellent video and great ending too. The fact that we get to choose is what comforts me about being on Earth. Relieved to be remembering 🙏

Definitely elevated it, but I wish to learn more. About everything you mentioned in this video, they all do confuse me a bit densities and dimensions.
When we go to 5D as it seems is the way to go when one is awakening their consciousness, does it mean we let go of free will? And self awareness you mentioned is below 3 D? So first there is self awareness, then freewill level? After that what is the next stage? And while i have seen the jumping timelines video, I still get confused about how to work on it. Coz I am certainly not enjoying many things about my current timeline, and I thought some of it was meant for me to learn something about my shadow self, and to leave everything else to the universe for co-creating the next steps. And here too I am getting a bit lost about how to co create but not get stuck in the densities.
Meaning there are certain realities where I feel oppressed by the density of that reality and what's happening around as well as within my body as a result of it. And while I wish to go into a reality which is less dense, I don't know exactly what things I have to let go to reach there, all I can understand is a better higher vibrational reality exists. Because i feel i have floated through atleast 2-4 different realities so far, but I don't understand how to restrict to a particular timeline or reality. And are timelines and realities same or are they different paradigms.
My understanding was a that densities are phases of evolution for our consciousness and each density vibrates at different frequencies. Once a soul begins to vibrate at the next density level then it “graduates”. In our case that would be from 3rd density to 4th density. But that happens over many lifetimes. Evolution is not in a hurry because many lessons need to be learned. In relation to dimensions, this refers to (to my very limited understanding) different perspectives within the densities. Like in the example of the glass building. Zooming out gives you the perspective of the whole building (one type of dimension) while being on each floor and seeing each room on that floor is another perspective (another type of dimension). That’s why we can be in this 3rd density but have 5 dimensional awareness (while others may still have 3 dimensional awareness).
As for timelines, again my understanding is that we are constantly changing times lines based on many causes (particularly actions/decisions) and therefore you can choose to change your timeline even with a change in perception or thought.
In addition, remembering allows you to begin leaving the identity of the human self and align yourself with the spirit self, your true self. And this 3rd density is the most intense out of all the densities because of the forgetting (the blindfold as she mentions). That is why it’s the most challenging. Many people around us are still in the forgetting stage and haven’t woken up. This density of supposed to be challenging. But that means it’s the shortest density that we will remain in until our soul evolves to 4th density after all the learnings and our frequency raises. The lessons of love and compassion will surely help with that!!
However, free will is part of this 3rd density because of the forgetting. They go hand in hand. Just like it was mentioned in the video it allows for true choosing of the path you want to travel. Without the forgetting there is no free will. 3rd density also includes self awareness.

As for those last two minutes….. wow. On days I’m questioning my arrival to/presence within the 3rd density, the conditions within the 3rd density, the point of the 3rd density, and/or whether we have any actual personal power here or just an illusion of it, I am going to listen to that part of the video again. 💕🙏🏼 (thank you for the reminder of how maximum free will is here!)
