Your conversation style gets me every time, laid back and cheerful. Beautiful park area, the food looked yummy 😊, so cool you always include a animal at the conclusion. Thank you!
Thank you
I appreciate this :-)
Yes this park is perfect for morning walks
Thumbs up 👍 Chris 😎 & aloha
A warm aloha to you :-)
Always enjoy your videos and thanks for sharing your knowledge. BTW, I like how you bring animals to the end of the videos.
Oh thank you very much
I enjoy seeing them roaming around as I travel :-)

Thank you for your investment advice!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
It’s only what I do
I can’t advise anyone
I’m just a dude buying stocks haha
I’ve heard more than a few big Cats say that when it comes to Investing … diversification is the only free lunch
Haha interesting I like that :-)
Sound financial advice. Thanks buddy ❤
You are most welcome
Have a great week
Another good vid. Been investing for over 25 years and now you can see the rewards. Slow & steady wins. Hope to retire early & travel overseas. Wife & I have been planning for years & it’s now coming into focus. Your vids have thrown gas on a fire!!! Lol
It makes me feel great to read this! I’m happy for you and great times ahead
We have a Dane called Niklas Nikolajsen von Karlshof,
President of the Board & Founder at Bitcoin Suisse AG.
He was a nerd just like the ones you described.
Invested around 500 dollars in Bitcoin back in 2011.
Today his net worth is more than 200 million dollars.
A real character- very interesting man.
I look back and wish I bought a little haha
Appreciate your videos discussing passive income investing, and saving money while travelling and living overseas during retirement! Been very helpful to make that retirement portfolio, last and go further, during retirement, especially during these times of high inflation! Your videos have great content.
Thank you
If I inspire you to build a great future for yourself then I have done what I set out to do :-)
How do most of you guys still make profit, even with the downturn of the economy and ever increasing life standards
Well, I picked the challenge to put my finances in order. Then I invested in cryptocurrency, stocks, through the assistance of my discretionary fund manager
Mrs Nancy Williams Laplace
This is correct, Nancy's strategy has normalized winning trades for me also and it’s a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started..
Nancy is considered a key Crypto Strategist with one of the best copy Trading Portfolios and also very active in the cryptocurrency space.
The first step to successful investment is figuring your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but it's very advisable you make use of professional
Great Channel subscribed
Thank you so much
Welcome on our journey to lower cost living overseas
Thanks!! Glad you put out another helpful and enjoyable production. Always a pleasure to view these. (The mad feline of Malaysia is posed just like my cat; though not presently in Malaysia, I'm thinking they may be related somehow.)
Haha yes them mad cats be workin together!
My opinion is that buying crypto, gold, or silver is gambling not investing. Maybe you want to dabble, that's like going to the casino. Might be fun, but you're not going to beat the dealer.
I understand
Good point
Bitcoin is not speculative. It’s the only way to avoid the coming central bank digital currencies. Financial prison!
@@dorothysayce6838 Good luck to you!
Good info-also since we are into our 50’s etc-told my daughters to get a career w a state pension-and then you can invest in btc etc with your extra $ but the only way to wealth is to work etc
I understand
Study valuable job skills
Work hard
Invest
Stay healthy
That’s the way I taught my kids
I mean it was the most I could do haha
Thanks again…really enjoyable on your channel.
Thank you
I appreciate the feedback!

If someone has enough savings to last 10 years travelling around South East Asia and fully owns their own property worth 500k, could a good strategy be to sell the property and then put a 100k deposit down on 5 properties with the rental income of each property being slightly positive? Then, after 10-15 years, all of the properties will have doubled in value, and the rental income alone will be more than enough to continue living in South East Asia. Alternatively, if tired of travelling, move back home, sell 2 of the properties, buy a property to live in that's better than the property you sold 10-15 years prior and live off the rent of the remaining 3 properties and do a little part time work, or sell 3 properties and live off that money?
Could this be a good strategy for someone aged about 50?
I like this ! Diversification !
Setting up income
Great comment and I appreciate it
Central Bank Digital currencies are coming quickly. Beware!
i agree. i m trying to stay ahead of that and AI wiping out jobs
Great stuff RTG! What are your views on "income annuities"? They sound like a good idea: guaranteed lifetime income without worrying about the stock market. It's tempting but my instinct is to avoid them. What's your take on them?
I’m nervous about annuities because they don’t get passed to the next generation like a dividend account
They feel like a reverse mortgage haha
@@RetireandGo Good point. Thanks!
Thank You....I enjoy your talks about investing while touring various countries. Me personally....I wouldn't invest in crypto. That is....if, one could call it "investing".
I understand
Invest in what you are comfortable with. :-)
Can you please share in more details about how much you receive monthly in your passive income in what stocks ? Thank you for sharing your experience knowledge. Really appreciated.! 😇👍🙏🇵🇦🌎😎
Yes of course
I target $2000 a month in dividend income
Sometimes it’s not that much
But that’s the target
It should be enough for Southeast Asia retirement
@@RetireandGo Yeah....Just last night, I was watching a couple of TH-cam vids on making $1000 a month through dividend investing (either in individual stocks or FTFs). So......2x......and viola!
You haven’t mentioned much about rentals. I would like a video on just that. I’m also a veteran and I’m gonna assumed you used your VA loan for yours? I’m also in IT and thinking of moving towards the private sector (leaving DoD) for a potential of remote working
Good point
Having one rental is manageable for me
I’ll cover it a bit more in some videos
Hopefully rentals stay viable
I’m concerned
A VA loan- a loan that allows you to borrow all the money..........and pay interest on all the money. "Such a dveal!"
Glad you enjoy life in Asia, Sensei.
Oh yes
It’s a nice chill retirement
And interesting
Have you traveled these areas ?
You could have summarized this video in 30 seconds by just saying you are a risk-averse investor. Nothing wrong with that, but everyone has a different tolerance for risk. The higher the volatility and risk, the larger potential profits (losses also).
I understand
The idea is to have a pleasant conversation while traveling the world
Have a good day :-)
@@RetireandGo You too, love KL also, enjoy
I love to short and take profit from greedy people. It can be dangerous, but also very profitable. My favorite strategy is the domino effect, it requires patience and when it rolls it goes fast. It works very good on crypto currency’s.
Ask Warren Buffet about diversification and he never use it and he believes crypto is worth zero, me too.
I believe in the domino effect.
You are smarter than me on the trading / shorting stuff haha
I buy great companies and hold long term buffet style
Like your perspective; however as a 73 year old heavily involved in highly volatile crypto with thin liquidity hence it only takes a small amount of interest to skyrocket my returns. Note crypto does create daily incomes via liquidity farming especially on decentralised exchanges. Your advice is excellent. I agree traders get wrecked.
Crypto is nothing but a Ponzi Scheme.
But it's a lot of fun if you buy early.
Thank you for your input
I appreciate it
I have never been a crypto fan and only got it because of FOMO years ago and didnt really miss out on anything. The thing that bothers me is the state of the economy (or the US dollar) today. It seems that they are deliberately crashing the dollar (the Fed) to usher in a new digital currency. The debt being bought up by the Fed simply cant go on forever, buying the debt is severely inflationary and they are claiming they are fighting inflation? The dollar now is almost as much a gamble as crypto currency which is now an alternative to a supposed currency based on trust (not anymore). Anything can happen these days, but one thing is for certain imho, we have a vampire banking industry that will fight for their own interests over ours. We also have BRICS to watch which is no doubt controlled by the very same entity (we wont discuss who that might be). They play both sides to steer the outcome. Trump will be left with the ball and the sheep will follow.
It’s hard to say
Just diversify ok? :-)
@@RetireandGo Hard to do when it is all more or less controlled by the same entity, but we wont go into detail on goo-gle tube.
Mention crypto and the crypto bots come out 😂
True
I’m trying to get rid of them haha
bro forgot to mention Staking rewards when 'parking money'. also that you're investing in technology, not art. Research is key here. mediocre advice at best, sorry man
You’re investing in a project that relies on finding someone to sell to. A product that has no use.
I appreciate the information thank you
