    A simple way to assign cost to items when you buy a lot at once is to count the total number of items when unpacking. Divide that number by the total cost. Example 100 spent, 23 items aquired about 4.34 cost per item

    Rusty, thank you for all info! I have a request. Could you take a look at your screen layout? In my view, anyway, it seems that the leftmost part of the sold item is chopped off. Thanks for your great education on all these items!

    In your bracelet heading it says sterling 950, but you verbally said it wasn’t silver. Maybe I heard it wrong.?

    So sorry Ebay treated you that way.$1300 is a lot of money. It’s usually honest decent people like you😮 who get screwed over! SMH! Keep up the good work anyways!

    How can you tell how many jewels watches have?

    • @whatsold
      @whatsold  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      you typically have to take the back off so you can see the movement. Most movements will explicitly say how many jewels it has.

    Do you sell internationally? Is shipping way more?

    • @whatsold
      @whatsold  ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't typically ship internationally bc of the hassle and extra shipping costs.

    Hello from Amsterdam, thank you sd much for sharing. I am amazed at how so many resellers help us beginners en each other. I am just starting out to sell what I have collected during about 8 years, my story as to why I collected and havent sold yet is for anither day. Not important. But Rusty I do not mind looking at your kind face and great beard but Could you fix the screen so the item is seen? And now that I am here hope you vcan help me with some advice as to what would be smart for me to source, collect en sell from here in The Netherlands on Ebay? Love Vintage, Anitques, kitchenware, collectabe, about 300 mini perfumes, books, toys etc? We do not have yard sales here which is my biggest frustration. You are not allowed to do without permission from the City Hall. Stupid right? Estate Sales? Nope, only when it is a mansion or very weathy people. We do have a lot of thriftstores, fleamarkets, auctions. But my wish for the Goodwill Binns and jewelry jars has not come true. I will appreciate it so much if you can help me with advice. I will be sharing my request and gulp up all I can learn from you pro's, watch so many channels and read and search alot for pricing etc. But Etsy, Ebay, Insta is so different. Have an amazing day and thanks you
