YES, there is a portable induction cook top for cooking and as far as the toilet goes, I had made a custom one for me, but used to several times so I chose not to include it, since I didn’t think a buyer would want a custom used toilet lol. The buyer can purchase any composting or cassette toilet of their personal choosing to place in the shower area🙂
I was wondering about the toilet 😂
Thank you for actually checking the pinned comment before asking about the toilet haha
Maybe one of the drawers can house a toilet seat with a special bracket. I saw one in a camper build. LORD willing, I can post the video link here.
Beautiful. Toilet?? What are u asking??
How's your milage?& What is the length from drivers seat back! please?
I always thought that Shuttle Buses were the best vehicles to convert to Van life. They have tall ceilings, dual air conditioners usually built in and so much more practical space inside. This is the first TH-cam channel and video that i've seen that showcased this conversion. If i decide to go into that lifestyle i would so love to hire you to do the conversion. Awesome job!
Thanks for the kind words and insights! I thought the same thing. I spent a long time researching the best possible vehicle to use from shuttle buses, skoolies, cargo vans, sprinters, pro masters, ambulances, etc. and the shuttle bus I thought was the best choice. Plenty of head space, I’m 6’2 even after 1.5” of floor insulation and 2.5” of roof insulation and 1” of ceiling wood and material. You don’t feel crammed like in a van, two people can move around easily. If I were to do another conversion of this size I’d choose a shuttle bus again absolutely no regrets on that decision
Where is the stove/oven??????

Innovative design and excellent presentation!
@ Much appreciated🙏🙏
I have watched so many of these van conversions. This is the only one that I felt like commenting on.... solid 10. Beautiful and efficient. I absolutely love it.
That is an amazing compliment, thanks so much! It's nice to hear when your work is appreciated like that :)
I already have a van, but let me tell you when I saw this my jaw fucking dropped it’s so gorgeous you did an amazing job
Wow, thanks for the amazing compliment! Coming from another van lifer it feels good🙏
Wow! Excellent job on this build. If I had any money I’d buy in a minute! I’m sure it’ll go quickly
@@JeanneF77 Much appreciated, glad you like it😁
The Bigfoot lights 😂 love that
Hahaha I mean you never know when they’re gunna roll up on ya, so you need to be ready😆
This is a very nice build! You SHOULD be proud of your work! ❤
Thank you very much, I appreciate it and I am :)
HOLY SHIT dude this is phenomenal. Ive always thought a shuttle bus would be the way to go for a conversion base. We travel in a small Class C. If I was going to upgrade anywhere it would be a larger refrigerator/freezer. We drop our dinette to make a couch w storage below and have a lagun style table. I can see how this would be perfect for one person w dog. Best conversion Ive seen in a few years.
Thanks for the very kind words, I really appreciate it! To have anyone say things one of the best they’ve seen in a few years means a lot🙏🙏
I just love this. So well thought and spacious. This is the first Van that I could see myself living full time 😅
Thank you so much!! I tried to make it as bouche and comfortable as possible😄
As a female this is what I see. I like the toilet, inside the shower space, that can slide under the sitting bench and be out of the way when showering. So flipping the kitchen to the other side would work and could provide additional flip up counter space. Personally I prefer a separate fridge and freezer. Those little hotel room styles don't work worth a pop for the freezer part. I'd add a slide out pantry where the laptops go and use the lower section as hanging closet area. I love the soft colors and textiles.
Interesting point of view! Toilet sliding under a bench would have been nice and I considered it initially. The problem came down to fitting all the plumbing for the outdoor shower and the diesel heater. If I sacrificed a bench area for that, I’d be more limited with where I could put those. Bench seat vs dinette is a preference for sure. I wanted an area to work at with a table facing a partner which is why I did that style instead of a bench seat. I didn’t think of that flip up countertop on the other side, that would have worked. Fridge is preference I guess and in theory a slide out pantry can be put into the top laptop cabinet still and the lower end still used as a hanging closet with a pull out. All good ideas for sure. It’s always interesting to hear other people’s preferences if they built one. It’s crazy how different we all are and what we’re looking for can change so much from person to person, I love it!
I like that toilet design too!
I would do the same, make that lower and put a hanging wardrobe in the upper area of that storage
Beautiful!! 🤩. Where is this located? Is it still available? Price?
@@60clow Thanks, I appreciate it :) Details are in the listing which is in the description and if you want to reach out to me through there, I can give you more details if you're interested in potentially purchasing the bus!
Usually, the upper cabinets on both sides make things look smaller, narrow, and less open. I like how you've managed to have the cabinets on both sides, and the space still looks spacious, wide, and open.
The trick was to have the cabinets on one side not as deep so they don't stick out as much, but yeah, it feels nice and spacious for sure!
Looks amazing, job well done!
Thanks, I appreciate it!
I absolutely LOVE the striping on the exterioir paint job.
It's my favorite part of the bus. That and the remote key fob for the door :)
You did a very good job on that bus
Thank you🙏
I love this Small Home You Have Thought of every Detail Beautiful
Thanks for noticing😇
Dude you could have chosen a quieter space! That background noise is a lot! Otherwise this is a really good build! I would definitely buy it! Also you might want to ask your doc for some anxiety meds because I can tell you are really anxious. I get it, I have it too! You are incredibly talented and I am genuinely blown away by this build and your expertise. I am a civil engineer myself and I am genuinely blown away! It definitely shows that you put your heart and soul into this! Not having a built in toilet is kind of a deal breaker for me. Also having security cameras on the outside and making the entry doors deep tinted for privacy would be key.
This is the most beautiful conversion! Thank you for sharing!!
Thanks! And of course, glad you like it❤️
You did a good job with this build.
Glad you appreciate it🙏🙏
ok great. my thoughts were just place in shower. beautiful work. love it
Yes, any composting or cassette toilet can be placed in the shower area like most van and bus conversions😌
I promise you I wish that you would redesign the break rooms for every workplace!
Have you ever considered just taking pics of places, building a portfolio using your aesthetic, and pitching your solutions to others? A break room with the Asian style sleeping pod system and all of your upgrades would be the absolute shyt!
Just a thought.
@@jacostalester9307 Haha I’ve never considered that I’ll be honest. Thanks for your kind words and encouragement 🙏🙏
Great build! You should have put bug screens on all the windows though! Its a huge problem in summer
That's a good suggestion. But with the way the windows open, it's tough to figure out how to do that and create a weathered seal at the same time. Plus, I like to keep the windows closed anyways and enjoy the AC :)
@TheRogueVoyager But if you selling, the potential buyers may not be happy with that! Just saying....
Well done Sir! Very beautiful ❤️
Thank you, thank you!🙏❤️
Love all the windows.....so many people cover them up.
Yeah, I agree. I think it adds to the look. Would have been odd to cover them
Looks great
Appreciate it!
Love your build this is definitely beautiful and clearly already sold. Because scanning didn't bring anything up for me. Very nice build sir 😊
Actually not sold technically yet, I just didn’t renew the QR code🙃 Thanks for the nice words though!
❤❤❤I absolutely love this bus!!

Absolutely beautifully designed and well thought out including all of the electronic detailing! You obviously put your heart into every aspect of making it not only attractive astatically, but particle! I'd be proud to own this rig if I were in the market for one! And, looking at your pricing, I feel that is reasonable too! I've made notes for my documents/files in the event that do become a "buyer" Great Job!!!💝
Wow, thanks so much for the inspiring and thoughtful compliments on this bus. I put a lot of heart into this to make it beautiful, comfortable and practical as a four season rig. Glad I was able to inspire you in some way😇
I have a 2011 ford e350 which I am converting however yours is amazing! Very creative and beautifully designed and every space is so functional. You have done a fantastic job! 😊
@@filomenaregan1537 Nice!!! I appreciate the kind words and nice feedback. Best of luck on yours! Hopefully I was able to inspire you or give you some ideas from mine. I know I watched a lot of other people’s builds for inspiration🤓
Big Congrats. Just BEAUTIFUL.... This is on the top of my Christmas list. 🔥 🔥 🔥
Wow, top of your list?! Thanks so much❤️ Santa really worked hard on this one. I had to fire a bunch of elves that were trying to turn it into a toy train. But in the end it all worked out. *HO HO HO* Merry Christmas!🎅🔔🎄🍪
Take a drink every time he says again 😂
Hahaha I actually love that idea!
I once saw a shower placed at the entrance (where you put shoes) but it was pushed flat when not using it, then opened when needed. kinda smart so more room for kitchen area; tall frig, micro, cook top or counterspace
Yeah that’s not a bad idea and I considered a collapsible shower at one point, but plumbing is more of a challenge and I wanted something stable and secure and something that had solid walls I could lean on. It comes down to preference at the end of the day, but I agree more countertop space would be nice, but I think there’s plenty of space for cooking. There is a portable induction cooktop that goes on top also, I forgot to include it in the video
Absolutely love this design and how you utilized every space possible ❤ Sorry! I will be stealing a lot of your ideas when I van build my own (of course shout outs to you 😅) Love from Minnesota!
Haha glad you like it! Steal away😎
One could add a compose toilet or removable toilet in the shower if they choose.
Absolutely! I wanted to leave the buyer to get the toilet that fit their needs, since I know that can be a picky item for people :)
Outstanding build!
Thanks you!!😁😁
I love what you've done here
and have always thought about this kind of conversion
on the other hand I wonder how many people put bay front passenger seat in for travel is a couple
I'm sure that something you have thought about many times
incredible work here
very enticing project
well priced
Thanks for the kind words! Yeah, I did consider another front seat for a passenger for sure, but I just didn’t have the space to do it safely and to allow getting by in the doorway. Thanks again though, I appreciate your comment🙏
You’ve done a wonderful conversion. I can see the high-quality and care. The only downside is no sofa or chair to sit down in congratulations on a job well done. Looks like you’re close to Hampton Beach. Nashua here.
@@kingdavidcoffee Thanks! I put alot of care to ensure that it’s comfortable. There are two dinette seats for sitting, but yes no sofa. Yeah, I’m at the wall at Hampton Beach😎

❤🎉❤ No doubt a fenomenal job, well done! 🎉 I also that everything was beautufied, the corners, the opened storage spaces had a bit of a background to make it look prettier & as a girly girl I appreciate it! The details, the passion, the careful consederatiin, very nicely done. Didn't see a toilet, but i watch this in fast track or i eould nkt watch any... 😂 Price? The faster you put it out there, the faster it seels. Some people like me, won't call to find out more; unless we know it's affordable ... ❤ Thanks!

@@itsme_d7841neither was I🤔lol, I think you may have read that wrong way, I didn’t intend for any attitude or anything
I read about the toilet and induction stovetop ✔️. Did I miss where the microwave is?
Thanks for reading the pinned comment :) as far as the microwave goes, I didn't have one for this build
It’s so great but need to learn drive a bus 😂😂 also I’d put in a toilet 🚽. I hope to make some something as nice but a class b van I can drive those.
You did do an incredible job. . not seeing the stove top or toilet
I built a toilet but I used it on a trip so I figured people wouldn’t want a used toilet lol so they can choose one they want that meets their needs

Thanks for the love anyways🙏

lovely conversion, id like to know the motor thats running it and a bit more practical /mechanical info.bumper to bumper length...love the care to detail and function!
Thanks! You can always do a vin lookup to see the type of engine in it and the bus dimensions are on the listing in the description. Runs beautifully though, no mechanical issues!
I love it! Its the best one yet. Absolutely beautiful.
Thank you so much! I think it’s the best one yet too😇
This is absolutely beautiful! I think the only issue for me is it only has one seat with seat belt.
Thanks!! And yeah, that's fair...lol
Beautiful. I am thinking where is the best place to add a bathtub, while i'm resting on a road in cold canada / alaska.
A bathtub?! Haha, maybe in a full length school bus, but definitely not enough space in my bus!
Great work, seems like a bargain to me!
Thanks!🙏
-Wish the toilet was more built in and not “you can buy one”.
-Not enough privacy, can’t stealth camp.
-Need a tv viewable from both bench seats.
To each their own! Thanks for watching!
Hmmm… Pricing up front would be a plus… I am working on my own as I travel, as a realtor I am always interested in what others do & never know, could opt for a reboot 😉 Hope you’ll find your person who would fit your van/transport vehicle 🥰 ✌️💜🕯️
Thanks🙏 and pricing is in the listing in the description, no secrets here😁
I was certainly impressed by all the extras and the phenomenal quality of the workmanship. But no microwave, no oven? You mention a portable cooktop in your comments, so that's good, but with all the bells and whistles in the design it's a shame that the kitchen feels incomplete. The van conversion, otherwise, is lovely.
Thanks! I considered both an oven and microwave, but a microwave in general is very inefficient for off grid living and there was no kitchen space for a proper oven unfortunately. But a toaster oven may be a good alternative
First outside outlet, can it be turned off so that randos can't steal electricity? Also, can it short out when driving in a rainstorm? Glass bus doors are nice but I would also like an interior door that can be closed for privacy and security.
@@janicenovak1972 I don’t think an outlet is capable of being turned off lol. In the event of a rainstorm, its possible it can short yes, but not a big deal, you just let it dry and then hit the reset button on the plug and it’s back to life! Yeah, originally I was going to replace the door with a house door but due to the cost, I decided not to. Additional locks could be retrofitted though for additional security. By default it’s electronically and mechanically locked though
I want it 😊
@@tammy5666 it’s still for sale😇
Where is the stove? Great work
Appreciate it! There’s a portable induction stovetop that lives in one of the cabinets instead of being on top taking away from countertop space🙂
I want one! How much do the cost?❤❤❤
Lots of Comments here not sure if you answered this question.. Exactly which Boss camera monitor did you buy from Amazon?? Beautiful Bus❤
Thanks❤️ and that’s a great question and hasn’t been asked yet! I bought the BCPA10, which is the 10 inch model. I have no complaints about it, it’s a big screen and works great😎
the second i saw over spray from the "raptor" liner all over the propane tank and hou it was wrapped around the back side the hinged door i was like nope i'm all set not a terrible job but not type quality build id exspect from a builder who takes serious pride in there work this feels like quick money grab build made me feel like a regular rv
Well, I am only human after all lol. If the only bad thing you have to say is a little overspray that ends up protecting the tank anyways that you’ll only look at maybe twice a year to fill, I’m okay with that. Seems like a compliment to me! Plus, I’m not a builder flipping this for a quick buck. I actually built this thing for myself over the past 2 years with no intention to ever sell and use myself full time on the road. But circumstances in life change, so I’m selling my baby now. Don’t be so quick to judge🙃
Does the AC work if it's not plugged into shore power?
Yes! That’s the huge benefit of having a 12v AC unit like the Dometic RTX2000. It runs off of solar or battery power or shore if you want it to!
I'm just curious how much was it worth when I try to use the QR code something strange popped up
Yeah sorry the QR code got disconnected. You can see the for sale listing in the description though!
❤❤❤
Looks great but my main concern with these busses would be security with all those large windows and even the glass door. Seems like a piece of cake to break in and take everything.
A valid concern. The main door can be reenforced with an additional lock, but the doors are electronically locked by default. Most of the windows are too high up and either blocked by a wall or not easily accessible. Comes down to personal preference with these conversions. It’s always interesting to hear what priorities you have over me or others
I really like it ... Toilet?
@@pegatheetoo1437 See the pinned comment🤓
Toilet ? Screens ?
See pinned comment about toilet. What do you mean by screens? Like window screens?
Where would a second person sit/be seatbelted while on the road?
Unfortunately, there is only one seat for driving and not another seat with a seat belt
This is a very nice build I would just need to figure out which toilet to get. The TV would have to be moved because I could see myself accidentally kicking the Tv while sleeping.
@@Reneellinedance haha I can understand that. I’m 6’1” and I touch it a little bit laying down, but if you’re shorter I don’t think you’d even hit it
Very nice job! However, I did not see a cooktop. Also, there is only the driver seat and no seatbelts on the seats at the table.
Thanks! There’s a portable induction cooktop you take out and put away when you’re done. And yeah, that’s one of the drawbacks is only one seat. I didn’t want to put a seat belt on one of the benches. It wouldn’t be safe and meet highway standards so I opted not to🤓
wow, is beautiful, why are you selling it?
Great question. In short, over the course of 2 years life happens and priorities change and new paths were opened up to me, so I’m going to be chasing those paths. I designed this never to sell but for me to live in full time, so letting go of my baby is a tough thing to do..
Fantastic. I want this ? Where are you located and how much is the price ?
Awesome! I’m located in New Hampshire and the price and other details are in the for sale listing are in the description. If you’re interested in it, just submit your info through the listing and we can chat about it😎

Do did an awesome job..WOW, rental??
19.99...lol
@@tootsietoes6588Thanks, I appreciate it! I did put a lot of hard living work into it to make it as comfortable and “homey” as possible. No rentals unfortunately, although I did consider that at one point!
2 years no toilet? It's pretty but the doors are a security concern as a solo female traveler. Also would recommend offering 360 security cameras.
I made a composting toilet but didn’t include it because I used it several times and thought people wouldn’t want a used toilet😆 so the buyer can purchase their own composting toilet if their choice and preference. Toilets are typically a really personal thing for people, so now they can choose. I can make recommendations. When I planned on living in it myself my plan was to get a wireless simply safe system with 360 cameras, “porch” sensor flood light at the door and indoor cameras and glass break sensors for inside. The doors are electronically locked, but yeah in theory someone might be able to break or pry them. You could add a lock to the door, I’ve seen other skoolies have them
I don't see how anyone will build anything without a bathroom very unsanitary but you want a place to cook
@@TheRogueVoyagerI still want a bathroom no matter how small it is
@@kmb9144 There’s a portable induction cooktop for cooking
@@kmb9144 If you look at 90% of bus and van conversions, you won’t get a full bathroom with a bathroom sink. You have to get used to composting toilets and kitchen sink for your only sink. If you’re looking for a full bathroom set up, then a traditional RV would probably be best for you

North Hampton Beach, yup!!😁
Does the bench turn into a couch and bed!?
Unfortunately no. I couldn’t get it to work with this layout, but the table can be removed for a more lounge style setup
Where’s the toilet? 😮
I was about to ask the same question. 🧐
I did design and build a composting toilet to put in the shower area, but it’s not part of the bus for sale, since I did use it a few times and who wants to buy a used composting toilet😂 I figure the new owner will pick the toilet of their choosing to include since that is a very personal item

Propane gas and diesel, really an aqua hot System could have replaced so much and saved you space. Looks more instagram ready then living friendly. Solar solar solar solar, storage storage storage. I kinda feel like this rig misses the point of van life but is more for the I use it a few times a year crowd.
Well 800 watts of residential grade solar (higher efficiency than standard renogy panels you often see), 600ah battery bank with 12v dometic AC and diesel heater with 5 gallon fuel tank, 75 gallons of fresh water, shower and 20 gallon gray water tank says otherwise, which is more than most of the other sprinter and pro master builds you see. 12lb propane tanks runs the hot water heater and everything else is electric and safer that way. If you can suggest better solutions for full time four season off grid living than that, I'm all ears :)
