I live in CDA Idaho. I haven't had a vole problem yet with my fruit trees. However, gophers are the bane of my existence. I have taken to planting all my fruit trees in Gopher baskets/cages. I hope your new trees take off and do well.
Now that's a greenhouse! It's gorgeous! You must get quite a bit of snow in your location. I imagine that the YT popular hugh tunnels would not hold up long in your weather.

We do get a bit of snow. There are gothic style high tunnels that work well in heavy snow load areas.
Can you share which tree varieties thrived for you? We’ve got cherries, plums, apples and no luck with pears yet.
