Off/on switch separate & high low switch separate, is it possible . Because if I join with headlights high low wire then both fog & headlights wil l up down all along . What about changing the power of relay and fuse , can factory fitted relay take the load .

It will put extra load on wire and fuse... I would suggest to use HID wiring relay kit... It would be safe.
