If your alarm won't stop sounding, here are a few troubleshooting ideas:
1. Do you need new batteries? Be sure to use only single-use batteries, not rechargeable. When inserted correctly, the alarm unit light will briefly come on, and then go off.
2. Make sure the sensor is thoroughly cleaned and dried. Over time, you might have a build up of fluids; try a gentle, warm soapy wash of the sensor plate followed by rinsing and drying.
3. Check to make sure there is no moisture present inside the alarm unit. If any moisture gets inside the unit, it can cause a malfunction. Give it a thorough drying out before inserting new batteries.
4. You may need a new replacement sensor cord; just contact us for help.
