Great instructional video showing a great deal of patience and skills and passions to things of the past. However, there are times that some old cast iron things should be put in a smelter and then they reborn as something else
You do not put dough in the press. You mix a semi dry mixture, almost like a powder, and let the pressure of the extrusion bind the particles together. Far easier in you and the machine.
You are right, I should have cleaned the polish well, but those noodles were only for testing, I didn't eat them. I'm glad you like my work. Thank you so much.😊
using filler putty and epoxy base before painting will help protect the paint instead of simply painting it like that, that will not last for long against rusting also for the wooden handle, it'd be better to apply stain and wax/furnishing oil instead of clear coat because it will make A LOT of contact with hand
I don’t understand why everyone sands down the casting. It’s part of the character of peace. Not to mention it worked just fine with them for many years.

I’m sorry but rust doesn’t manifest like this. There are chemicals that can be applied to metal that will produce this rusted appearance. I believe this is an entirely fake video. You must first show where and how this item was obtained.
While it's true that you can fabricate a rusted object. The pitting in the metal is something you cannot fabricate, that's something that's been rusting for a long period of time can only do. You don't have to make a video as to how the object was obtained, that's just dumb and only adds to a video not a lot of people would watch an extra 10-20 minutes of. I suppose if you wanted to inflate the runtime for, you could do that Compared to other restoration channels, this one wasn't as good, but he did well enough with the tools he had.
Fake or not, I would prefer a better removal of the pitting. It just feels unfinished to me and so much work was put into smoothing some surfaces and just ignoring the finish on others.
Great instructional video showing a great deal of patience and skills and passions to things of the past. However, there are times that some old cast iron things should be put in a smelter and then they reborn as something else
A real restoration, not a disassemble, wash, paint, reassemble fake, bravo sir!

Muy bueno

Very nicely done and very well executed
Glad you liked it!
Thank you so much 😊
Came out great. Out of curiosity, was it a choice to polish versus seasoning? Just thinking from a cast iron perspective.
🤔
Отлично получилось!👍🔥

Great job and paint colour is spot on too👌🏻
Thank you so much. 😊

If you put a nut on the bolt before you ground down the front 5 threads it would have been easier to install after 👍 keep up the great work!
You are absolutely right, I will definitely put a nut on Bold next time. I'm glad you liked the video, thank you very much.😊

better than company made 🎉 i see passionate
this was made in a country that was just barely getting started...pakistan and quality are two words you rarely see together
You said right.☺️
Great❤
Thank you so much 😊
Good
I think you were not interested in removal of pits. Then why so much polishing ? Polished but pitted ? Doesnt sound good combination
Assalamu alaikum bhai khan se ho

Thank you so much☺️
Bravo!
Thank you so much 😊
1:29 da kann man genau sehen das einsprühen nicht viel bringt

Restorers who do Electrolysis process 🙂🙂🙂👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 *subscribes*
Thank you so much for your support. 😊

What kind of paint did you use for the exterior?
Nice! If you want, you can buy soft vice magnetic protection strip for bench!
I'm glad you like my work. thank you so much. I will be buying the vice strip very soon.😊
I think some attention to the made in pakistan handle sign would have been nice
You are right, next time I will try to tell in which country the tool was made.
@@AyazRestorationhe mean you need to paint the sign on the handle, to make it visible.
❤❤❤❤😍
Thank you so much 😊
Great job! I would not use it though until you clear out all the polish you put on it. I hope you didn't eat those test noodles!
You are right, I should have cleaned the polish well, but those noodles were only for testing, I didn't eat them. I'm glad you like my work. Thank you so much.😊
At 15:44, does it break and fly off?
Yes
using filler putty and epoxy base before painting will help protect the paint instead of simply painting it like that, that will not last for long against rusting
also for the wooden handle, it'd be better to apply stain and wax/furnishing oil instead of clear coat because it will make A LOT of contact with hand
No sand blasting, no paint baking? 😕 Nice work though 🫡
where do u get all ur antiques
I buy antiques from flea markets.
You Use Dslr Or Mobile ?
Iphone mobile
How many hours do you think this took you?
I think 23 to 25 hours with electrolysis process.🤔
👍👍👍
Thank you so much.😊
Maybe it's for seeding fruits and vegetables?
No
Цвет жидкой краски был намного лучше!😖
is it worth the elbow grease
We are just going to ignore all of the black flakes on that pasta

They are imperfections from manufacturing. Some people remove patina, too. It's up to the restorer.
@@IsamaraeRight. Some manufacturers do remove the imperfections. They’re known as ‘more expensive noodle making machines.’
Makes the product better :)
I don't think it's a noodle maker I think its for grinding meat?
I don't know why you feel like this but this machine is for making noodles, you can search on the internet.😊

You must highlght Made in Pakistan with Green
funny. it looks more like a meat grinder. the normal old kind off meat grinder
it is for meat. if it was for spaghetti, there would have been fewer holes
I don’t know, but I’m pretty sure that’s a sausage maker and you haven’t mounted 90° wrong
Nice work. But why both putting in that much work on such a poor quality object.
Btw the link in TikTok is broken
Are you guys going to show any of the anime you guys watch?
