On the 'Blend-If' feature, convert the layer to a Smart Object for a 'permanent' transparent layer. Or, create a layer just above the Blend-If layer, then, merge it down.

Nemanja, This video made me an expert in Photoshop CC. I've been watching TH-cam tutorials on Photoshop CC for the last 3 years. From people like PLEARN, Blue Lighting, PTC, and you. This tutorial tied everything together. What took me an hour to do I can do the same thing in less than a minute and with professional results.
