  • Building your vocabulary is an important part of achieving English fluency. And one way I definitely suggest you try is CHUNKING.
This is when you learn phrases and not just individual words. By learning the language is bite-sized chunks, you're able to build your vocabulary quickly and effectively.

The problem with learning vocabulary is when people are socializing with one another, the language is colloquial.
From my experience, the only time where you come across vocabulary is from reading a book or news article.

I've been an ESL teacher, mainly for Spanish speakers. But, I felt the need to learn a new language. One that could be difficult but interesting to me.
I teach ESL at times in chunks, especially the adverbial and adjectival phrases. But I haven't taught ESL in a while. And so as I was trying to solo-learn Russian and getting frustrated for the slow-learning process, I forgot about that strategy... until this past weekend.
Yep, chunking is way better than trying to sumltaneously learn the grammatical nuances of the language, word for word, meaning for meaning. Those nuances can be polished later.
If I ever go back to teaching ESL, I think this will be a major strategy I will use with the students

I have a very big problem and the problem is that I suck at keeping up conversations with people in real life as I usually lack the right words to say or use at that very moment even though I’m a great conversationalist when it comes to texting. Yes, chunking would include that. It could also included memorized statements in response to a certain situation. (e.g. Where's the toilet? / I would like... )

Islam is a religion that calls to the worship of God, the One, the One, who has no partner, the King, and Muhammad is the Messenger of God, and the last of God’s messengers to people after the Messenger Jesus, son of Mary, after the Gospel was distorted. Reckoning and resurrection after death and Islam is the religion of tolerance and it is firmly established in the lands that have been conquered because it came with mercy for people and the light Islam and the Qur’an illuminate the heart and the pleasure of eternal happiness that does not end Islam is the religion of God and whoever does not enter Islam will not enter Paradise. You must read the Qur’an to learn what is in it and ask God for guidance The path of truth, and to know that you were not created in vain
