Инструкция - просто супер! Спасибо! Одно очень важное замечание. В момент генерации ключа для EPC Вы не установили галочку на общий чек-бокс "Data Card" вверху правой части закладки "EPC KeyGen" генератора (при этом НЕ должна стоять галочка в чек-боксе "Reserved") . Это привело к очень распространенной ошибке установки, когда дата-карта автомобиля в EPC заблокирована. И через EWA путем редактирования параметров санкционирования доступа в группе "Administrator group" снять галочку "Карта данных заблокирована" уже никак не получается. Она стоит, но чек-бокс серый и неактивный. Эта ошибка стоила мне целого дня поиска её причины.
Еще один момент. EWA Admin Tool необходимо запускать только от имени администратора. И Вы постоянно об этом говорите. Чтобы избежать лишних телодвижений при каждом запуске EWA Admin Tool достаточно единожды поставить галочку в чек-бокс "Запускать эту программу от имени администратора" В свойствах программы (не ярлыка), снизу на вкладке "Совместимость". Для этого нужно дважды перейти к расположению файла, как Вы делали это при установке WIS, когда переименовывали её в "_OLD", щелкнуть правой кнопкой и выбрать "Свойства". Сохранить, нажав "Применить-ОК". После этого EWA Admin Tool всегда будет запускаться только от имени администратора.
Ну и, возможно, тоже кому-то будет полезно, как вывести на рабочий стол непосредственно ярлыки EPC и WIS-ASRA. После установки и проверки EWA нужно нажать Win+R b ввести команду "javaws -viewer" (без кавычек). Откроется панель управления Java, а точнее - Java Cache Viewer. Там будет три ярлыка, два из которых - EPC и WIS/ASRA. На каждом из них клик правой кнопкой и выбрать "Install Shortcuts". Отдельные ярлыки появятся на рабочем столе и в меню пуск. Правда иконки корявенькие, но я ещё лет 12 назад сделал сам очень красивые и качественные и просто их поменял через "Свойства" - "Сменить значок"...

Thank you again for these videos. I fixed my very sick 2017 X166 which several dealers and indie shops could not properly diagnose. Improper level of the car due to improper airmatic level caused a leak at the turbo exhaust clamp. Exhaust in the cabin is not healthy. I fixed using the airmatic calibration via Xentry DAS. Thank you for providing the tools I needed to fix this myself.

Hey Friend! A have a problem with EPC/WIS installation also. I EPC/WIS latest verison from you. I had to change the ssd in my laptop and now I try to reinstall EPC/WIS. After the startkey procedure, when I want install EPC database the program says "Select the DVD drive or the source directory with the sutiable medium", if I select anything it can't found the files. Do you have solution? Thanks!

Вопрос к установке: чистый Виндовс 10, Джава по умолчанию не установлена, устанавливаю EWA, установка проходит без проблем, светлофоры зеленые. Нажимаю на свечу, а программа спрашивает чем я должна запустить это приложение. Я так понял , что Джава не установлена? В установки мерса есть Джава с нужной версией для правильной работы, или ее нужно самому установить перед инсталяцией EWA? Если да, то какую версию Джавы надо установить? Спасибо за помощь.

Hello , im trying to install this but im facing an issue when i start installing epc database , it stops at " step 2 : Check EPC Baseline instalation " , at that point i need to select a dvd drive or the sorce directory . I tried to extract every iso file into one directory and after i chose that it says "No valid medium found on the system " . Any idea what im missing on this steps ?
The problem was in OS somehow i cant install it on windows 7 but on windows 10 i got no problems . Also guys use latest version of mounting software .

Спасибо дружище не подвел! Все работает - единственное что если на компе установлено еще и xentry она в портах слушает 9000 порт на котором болтается и wis я думаю это сделано для доступа к базе из xentry. ЕЩЕ огромный минус данный кей-ген не позволяет читать SA карты даже если ключ генерируешь с ними. ( может кому и не нужно это дело но тогда как читать wis если не можешь определить комплектацию ведь в ней иногда особенно по коробке попадаются такие вещи как A87 муфта пониженного трения и под нее уже другие масла идут (синее масло) лист 316.15, а без A87 этого 316.14 и там уже совсем другое мало и цвет другой (красное)
Вот файл в которых будет необходимо поменять порт если сервер быдет выдовать ошибку 404. Порт можно сделать 9002 а вообще netstat -a и смотреть какие порты на 127.0.0.1 заняты - но это уже совсем другая история.
Ctrl+F => 9000 все что нашел поменять на 9002 например

Wonder what am I doing incorrectly? Started with a brand new Windows 10 installation, nothing else installed. I disabled the antivirus completely, downloaded the .rar package, unpackaged it, and followed the video step by step, and I always ended up with
"Initialization of the EPC database has failed" Some files have already been copied. Should these files be deleted?
I get two X's: Test new EPC database, and Install new EPC database.
I have reinitiated Windows 10 as well, repeated the process twice more, and nothing. Always the same error.
I installed Xentry on another disk, and that worked perfectly. I must be missing something. Any special way to mount the .iso images, the keys validated.
Update: also installed WIS 2020, and the EWA step was to completed w/o issues. Next: configure WIS in Internet Explorer.
SOLVED: I had to disable WiFi/Internet, and EPC installed completely.

Добрый день, открываю вис и если оставляю открытым не трогаю зависает программа, отключаю заново включаю пишет - что то про санкционированный доступ, и вообще исчезает вис и епц

Да, кодировку кто то поковырял, поставил ту же кодировку что и на правом и все
А то достал меня этот кулер, мог 30 минут не выключится
У меня такая же проблема но у меня никто не кодировал. Когда машину с ключа закрываю отключается. А так шумит.

часто просто деталь по коду из ерс не подойдёт, нужно прощитывать по какой-то схеме правильную деталь. имел проблемы с этими номерами. даже не все диллеры в теме.

Upon the end of the WIS Installation I am getting a failed installation and stating some files have been copied. Should these files be deleted, also has step 5 (Test new WIS database and 6 (Install new WIS database with a red X. I tried to update WIS and still gives the same error in the end. Help
