Your garden is looking beautiful. That corn is growing so fast. Now when it gets time to harvest and cook it. Here is the secret, put your water on the stove, when it comes to the boil go harvest the corn. Shuck it a clean it as quickly as you can and put it in the pot. Fresh corn only takes 3-5 in the boiling water. Butter them up, salt and pepper as you like and enjoy. It will be the sweetest corn on the cob you will ever have.
