This song is the reason why I started learning to play guitar last week. I sort of have the beginning riff down (a bit choppy as I’ve only been playing for a week), but you have to start somewhere right! It will be a LONG time with hundreds/thousands of hours of practice before I can play the full song. Someday, I hope to smash this song as well as you did!
I've been playing for 15 years and remember thinking the same as you ! - Stay dedicated, keep practicing and be patient with yourself ... Biggest tip I can give you is learn slow. Don't try and shred early on. Play slowly and perfect your notes, then gradually increase the speed. Good luck!
