Wow! This was amazing. As someone who has worked as a nurse my entire adult life (I became an RN when I was 22 and I’m still practicing nursing). I really appreciate this. I’ve always liked Reese as an actress and now I like her even more; she’s an incredible human being.
I feel the exact same way! Started nursing at 22 and i’m 31 now. This is the kindest words about nursing that I have heard from a celebrity or public figure. I have always loved Reese and I am so glad she said this!
I graduated nursing school in 1990. I now live in France so I cannot practice anymore. However, I am still a nurse. I still care for the lady in my village with a sick husband, answer questions of the new mom-American-who didn’t understand her pediatrician. I now manage a gîte -rental cottage-so I am making a lot of beds with, of course, hospital corners. BTW-I have one child and he is such a caring, sweet person and I feel it comes from being raised by a nurse. Hats off to Reece’s mother and all the nurses.
It's involved with some destiny when a person takes up a job either as a nurse or a doctor. I am really in awe of people who have such patience to take care of people they hardly know of course eventhough they're paid for it.
All nurses and all essential workers that have been pulled aside the postal service and delivery companies also getting all the supplies to these nurses THANK YOU ALSO.
My mom is a retired RN , MICU transplant , we( dad,brother and i) would bring her gifts and food on holidays that she was working. I admire respect and love her so much
I was a care aide and my icing on the cake was when I started my own business taking care of alzheimer patients what a great decision on my part love them so much!

Yes, THANK YOU ... to ALL the nurses & doctors who tended to our dear Remedios G. Herrera in the THREE hospitals she was confined in last year. Esp the help of Maricris Siva & Dr Napuli ... even b4 rushing her to that 1st hospital. More so, her lead physician Dr Jennifer Manzano ... for getting her IN Asian Hospital & saving her life. A year after, my eldest sister is still 'on the road' to recovery ... but there is MUCH improvement. We knw that He is her MIRACLE, His testimony. Thank you, Lord! 🙏🙌👆
