I have been doing chest to wall handstand pushups and I always care about going forward as I've seen many calisthenics athletes doing like that. Gaining shoulder strength and mass + its also helping me in my weighted pushups. I can get max to max 5 reps in a set but yeah it got me to 20kg weighted standard pushups as it also trains core.
I love them too I do them.anywhere but don't regulate distance from wall too much so sometimes I can do like 5 and farther out I can crank out like 14 lol
Just measure at 60,4 kg 5'8" And trying to get few more kg by workout..Now I'm more athletic than ever while doing sport.. You should try it bro it's fun
