In regards to asking a man about his vision in a relationship, you forget that there are pathological narcissists who do future faking, basically telling you what you want to hear to manipulate you into becoming exclusive and getting into a toxic relationship with them. In my opinion, besides asking what they are looking into a relationship, the best protection for myself has been boundaries and time.

Oh so true. I fell into a trap but the guy truly believed he wanted an exclusive relationship just to back out a month later after we had slept with eachother saying he is unsure. He had mentioned to me from the beginning that he was anxious avoidant attachment style! I thought the fact he knew meant he was working on it! Lesson learned

The problem isn’t women failing to understand male psychology. The problem is supply and demand. There are plenty of women who “give it away for free.” To use this guys analogy, why buy an expensive Ferrari when you can have three luxury vehicles for free. “FreeLuve” has destroyed the dating world.
Hi Sophia, supply and demand is only part of the problem, Free Love only impacts men who don't want something serious, and yes there are many guys like that but you can still stand out above the noise if you offer something more authentic, I've seen it happen hundreds of times with my clients even though it wasn't happening before.
I think its getting behind yourself, supporting yourself more deeply, realizing what you have to offer and holding that sacred. We can not be defined by what men think of us to look at us. i assume with saying luxury vehicles you mean like model type women. Maybe you mean something else. I am in my early 40s and working more on self love rather than draining myself on online dating apps. I am inspired as to who I can grow into through healing myself on all levels. I envision a different life, one where by I move through it with grace and wisdom, and a balanced way of sharing my heart with the world. I think we can not force romance into our lives. But in its own way when you become all that you can be and keep developing yourself each day, that is sort of a romantic lifestyle. You will gain recognition for achieving great things - this is what I think.

Truth is, if I give same treatment with a guy (wants commitment) vs non committal guy. Their reactions will always be different. Non committal guy will always want to look for the door & walk away. ALWAYS. Committed guys will complain if I dont talk to them in a day. They will adjust our " chat sched" when busy. A man cant be both.
