There a nice basic level pcp. We have had one of those and the gx-40 before and they did everything they needed to plus more. Quality wise again basic but there perfect for what there intended for. Accuracy wise we found them really good out to 50 yards with a decent scope and mounts. Pellet wise we stuck with the JSB Diabolo pellets. Targets are always from you which are the best around. Very undrated rifle especially on a budget..I have one and it's fantastic..BSA legendary barrel.. accurate as anything out there..a rifle where you don't have to worry about getting it marked..I've even had it tuned which has turned it into a beast on the rat's...
Good review I brought my twin 14 year old boy s gx for Christmas thay have got bucket loads ov vermin both 22 cal only bad thing the grand dad is fed up with walking with them supervising😂😂
I have the 177 version and really like it, cant faulty it for the money and my first gun, would like a gauge on the side not the end but apart from that im getting around 100 shots between refills (before you notice it drop alot)
16.34 i bought a Gamo GX 40 in 22 cal very nice rifle but only used it under 20 yards but not justified not been able to see how it performs over 25 yards or further wait for myself to travel to a gun range hopefully when the weather is better but all in all I've only used it for ratting in my garden
@norfolkairguns talked myself out of it lol think I'll get out with the Springer's a bit more in the meantime and put another 120 ISH to what I was going to spend and get a Lyra K bigger shot count and a nicer looking gun plus very accurate
Can't understand how the bsa scorpian ts gave them results the other day to the gamo giving these results. Wanted the scorpian but put me right off it.

Would you buy GX 40 new for 240£ even though you have 2 other 22 break barrel's in 22 one being a HW 80 and a 177 being a hw95 😅
Depends what you are looking for I guess someone might be looking for a starter prof over a springer
