What a lovely afternoon. I used to love going to old churches and graveyards, reading all the headstones. Places like that are steeped in history. Limited now with what I can do and where I can go. My electric wheelchair wouldn't have been able to keep up with you on your bikes. Think it only does 4mph. Really good to see you both out riding together. That rain certainly came down at the end. Thank you both for another lovely video. xxx
Hi faith, I thought you would enjoy this video. That stretch of track is so pretty and diverse, we only go really steady so Wendy doesn’t miss anything. I do sometimes pass mobility scooters coming in the other way, it’s great that people still get out if they’re lucky enough to have the means to get there. Xxx

Hi Steve, that Hitway BK2 fits just right in the car and is so easy to ride. I should have filmed us going through barriers and gates as it just goes through easily. Stiles might be more of a problem 😂😂😂😂👋👋👋🤞👍

Another really enjoyable video Graham,such a lovely area where you live,I remember a few years ago Carol and I decided to cycle from Prestwick to Troon one night as we fancied an ice cream from an Italian cafe there,you used to have to cycle through the golf course but they made an official cycle track which had gravel at the side of the path,Carols front wheel went off the path and into the gravel and she went straight over the handlebars,thankfully no broken bones and more to the point no spectators to see it 🤣great video again guys,nice to see you both out together,well done Wendy,like they say,it's like riding a bike,you never forget 👍
Hi Richard, I’m always a little careful where I take Wendy on the bike. Luckily she gets off and walks if she’s not sure. I was out with the kids years ago and showing off I ran over a coke tin. It moulded its self round the front wheel and jammed in the forks. It through me straight over the top. 😂😂😂😂😂

Every day we have had rain and last week heck I thought did I miss Autumn as it felt more like early Winter.
You had 2 things missing for your bike ride a flask of coffee to have a seat watching Swans.
The other more important cycle helmets.... I know you were off road but I have had so many patients in to A&E with significant life changing injuries where had they just have put cycle helmet on things would have been so different. 💜🥰X
Hi dormouse, we hope you’re well. We had a car window scrapping frost this week. That was a surprise we didn’t want this early. We just set off on the bikes out of the blue because it turned sunny. I’ve ordered Wendy a helmet so I hope she will wear it. I often forget to put mine on. I need this reminder from someone who knows best. Thank you. I was surprised how manly swans there were along the river. 😍🥰❤️😘 we had a large bowl of tomatoes today and loads of runner beans. I don’t think they will last much longer.
@@grahamgetsabout2672 Yes I second that, helmets are so important. One of my sons came off his bike going up a skate ramp, no helmet. He had a head injury, lost his front teeth, took all the skin off the side of his face and had two holes in his chin that went through to his mouth. He was in hospital for a while. Always wore his helmet after that.

Hi Vince, I set the old bike up for Wendy a few years ago. It’s so easy to ride. The new bike is pedal assist and she’s a bit scared of it running away with her 😂😂😂👍
