Hella impressive run, i even struggle with the prelude on standard. Also one question, how were you able to avoid the over pumped shotgun damage and also not get blown away in 6-1 (at 23:35 and at 24:25, and also at 14:03)? Also does slide hopping while looking to the side actually make you faster?
for the overpump, i wait for the malface projectiles to hit me, this gives me s making me not take damage or knockback from the overpump and when sliding, if you press a or d you get 5 units of speed in the direction you hold so for example if while sliding forwards (24 u/s) i turn to the left and then hold d i will have 29 u/s in the direction im going. its a small timesave but it adds up. the same applies to turning right and holding a
1. those are called wallbounces, its when you jump off a wall while in a slidestate (search Psychogenetic wallbounces for more) 2. you can grab the skull as the rocket is moving and that will let you pop through the door. the lineup i do for this is: look down to where youll be looking at the back line in the door at the peak of your jump (~45 degrees down) place a frozen rocket just before the peak of your jump land on the rocket unfreeze the rocket and whip the skull at the same time

@ i have the "on swap to already drawn weapon" set to first variation so whenever i press 2 it always swaps to my core eject shotgun

2 questions first how do you jump of the wall at the start in of 7-1 and second how do you grab the skulls with the rocket in 7-1 aswell?
