Yay for me Harry and Romeo hanging out, i love it! And I'm so glad Harry seems to be getting a bit of a secretive storyline on his own - it's about time
I started watching this show cuz of ste. I've been a fan for ages . I never thought I would hate him this much and just want the show's writers to kill him off
I really hope that the Harry thing isn't cheating or some other scandal, cause they love throwing unnecessary drama into couples relationship. Harry deserves his own storyline though. When he was with Ste it was about their relationship, so I hope they wont do the same now that he is with James.
I adore Romeo and Harry's friendship, it makes me so happy that they are getting along. I am curious to know what's Harry hiding. Don't think it's an affair, would be too obvious and wouldn't really make sense, so maybe someone from the time after the wedding but before he came back? Or his mum? That would be interesting. Anyway, he is finally getting a storyline! Also, Romeo bringing those chocolates was so sweet. He is a good kid, even though he can be kind of an asshole sometimes. Anyway, Ste is becoming more and more vile. I am not his fan for quite some time now, but what he's doing now is beyond redemption for me.
I’m very shocked at how ste is being so malicious towards the maliks. When last time I checked he wasn’t treated so nicely when he came out of the closet. 🤦🏾♀️
That's why this storyline is so important. It makes people realise that ANYONE, ANYWHERE, can be brainwashed , if the right wing radicalists use certain words/phrases properly. Some groups out there do their research on people whom they wish to Target, JUST to see if they are easily swayed. Look at Ste and his upbringing... throw in horrible and violent relationships, toss in a dash of drug addiction, add all the tension from what happened with Tegan and Misbah, and BOOM! The perfect target for their group...someone who so desperately wants love and attention (even if it's wrong on so many levels) and ultimately, to feel *LIKE THEY BELONG* ... Ste Hay in a nutshell. 😢
@@marian3nene45 well I think at first it was less about his background and more about the fact that he was vulnerable and angry after his sisters death and he was angry at Misbah. However I do think now ia backg3ound is coming into play. Like I said on another vid, this how extreme groups/cults like this work, they love bomb you, use your weakness against you, make you feel as no one except them understand you, isolate you and boom
@@marian3nene45 Yes, I agree. Also Ste is not so smart and has a low self-esteem which adds to this. I thought that he cared about Tony at least but felt neglected apparently by him when everything went down with Tegan, Harry, the van burning down, being beaten up by Imran and ending up in hospital. To much misery at the same time and than he met Jonny that helped him get back on track again with money and a job and making him think he is his brother just because he showed a photo of Ste´s mother. Did they make research on Ste before they came to Hollyoaks or did it happen after a while when Jonny got to know more about Ste? There are things in the storytelling that doesn´t make sense though. Anyway it will be more difficult to get away from the guys as more involved you are in these things and it can end up that Ste doesn´t want to do certain things but is too scared to say no as they may start to threathen him too later on and he may feel that he has noone else to talk to and do bad stuff just to get through the day.
@@ann-christinenilsson4046 they haven't said, as of yet...but my gut is telling me that this group didn't just roll into town, see Ste, and say "hey, maybe he'll be a guy that we can totally radicalise!" Lol Maybe we will find out later in the storyline that "Johnny" (or whatever his real name is, maybe Gavin) actually DID seek Ste out 🤷 Edit- actually, if they were going to show the storyline PROPERLY, they would do flashbacks or something where Johnny and the gang are doing internet research on Ste *because* of what happened with Tegan/Misbah. You see stories like that in the paper all the time (at least I do here, I live in the USA). It would be a very well rounded way to complete the storyline eventually.

Wonder if they have as a goal to make Ste hurt or kill someone in the end and if Ste get caught by the police they may leave him all alone and put all the blame on him alone as they are very clever and know how to manipulate Ste the whole way through. Why couldn´t Ste continue to make healthy food for the highschool as he got a contract with them? From being a responsible familyfather that found Tony and got him back to the village to become a vile person that acts like a child in just a couple of months!! There are yet things lacking in the storytelling to make it believable for me.

We don't know, if Harry is actually cheating, maybe they just want us to think that(and it's too easy an option, and I really hope it's not that), cause it could be anything, maybe a stalker/someone from his prostitution days, that he don't want to get in touch with again or maybe even his mom. So we'll have to wait and see, but yes it's good he gets more screen time.
