Hasselback potatoes was created in 1953 by Leif Ellison, a trainee chef at Hasselbacken restaurant on Djurgården, Stockholm, Sweden. I make mine with salt, grated cheese, melted butter (pour over a little now and then) and breadcrumbs 😋
