Agar contract value 10 lakhs hai And supply ka bill 1lakh ka bana dia hai. Means instalment me supply kia hai Toh tds katega ki nahi? Pls reply

Agar contract value 2.5 Lacs se zyada ho aur payments installment me ja rhi ho toh kaatna bhi us installment value ke hisaab se hoga... Toh TDS toh katega but 1 Lac ke hisaab se.
