I can't post this on every video just for time sake, but I bought the smart woodshop plans and I gotta say, it's a steal of a deal for what your getting. Ron, I don't know how many hours you have put into those plans, but thank you, I feel like I got away with robbery for how inexpensive and yet astonishingly detailed they are. The cut diagrams alone for how to break down the sheet good has saved so much time and effort; that alone is worth the money.

I bought the SMART plans so that I can use some ideas for shop storage projects. Have you ever thought about putting a notch near the rear of the runners to prevent the drawers from coming all the way out when opening them? It would function the same as the notch at the front, but instead of requiring lifting to open the drawer, it would require lifting to fully remove the drawer.

I really enjoy the videos Ron, you do great work. It seems many of the recent videos are about production time frames with a little less instruction on your design thoughts and ideas. I realize you've explained many of these things before, but with such a large video library, its hard to go back and find specific content. Going to order up your plans and I'm sure they're more than thorough, just interested on your thoughts and ideas about design as opposed to manufacturing and productivity. Thanks for all your work

Still a little unclear how the passive lock works with this design. I assume you will explain when the drawers go in. Saw something in an earlier video but can't recall which. Great video and thanks do much for sharing the process. Love how you share your knowledge and expertise.

A couple of bench dogs would have stopped the ply from shuffling around so much as you used the router.
It's little things like this that I notice in your videos that I try to mentally file away for sometime in the future (and then promptly forget them until after I've finished the task :D ).
