Awesome job with the video and a really great ram. Lots of character on that old fella. One thing I could say though is that meat care is crucial. Keeping that hair off of the meat will make it taste so much better. All of the oils and nasty parts get stuck in that hair and can really affect the flavor. One again awesome ram and congratulations!
