Hi Lilly! FYI you’re right, they are called Rambutan and it’s available mostly in Southeast Asia countries. Also, nearly all supermarkets/hyper markets in Asia requires you to weigh fruits/veg before paying if you’re handpicking them. Chinese have 4 tones too and lastly most millennials in Southeast Asia must have experienced abusive teachers lol! GBU

@@thoragould6951 Many people this part of the world are very sweet. Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar people always walking around with big smile on face always happy even when things don't go their way. Yes they sometimes get upset but it does not lost very long. If you see Fathers face when little baby is locked up in room he sure got upset. This woman went looking in a man for what western men go looking for in Women. Peace and someone agreeable. She left a life of earning lots of money for a more simple life. The west is really messed up. Nam is single mother son is like 16 years old and she had to leave because no jobs in her country. She is about 32 but is very beautiful woman. Taking a woman like that as a wife is very easy.

I am so happy you gave some background about Nam, your fabulous nanny from Myanmar. She is so loving and cheerful regardless of her 'sad' background. She has a 14 yr old son back home. What would it take to get him to Thailand if he wants to come. It would be a life-changing event for her, I am sure. You have your hands full - even with help from wonderful Wat and Nam - and thank you for making the time to enrich your viewers lives with your family life videos. Hi, I am Filipino but I live here in the US. Yes part of being Asian is our dependency on Rice. Rice is our staple as to Americans to Potatoes.
With Moringa, we at times cook it with boiled chicken with lemongrass, ginger , green onions and we also add to that green papaya. Salt to taste. We call it tinola. Sometimes we boil with fresh fish.that are not as bony.

How to incorporate moringga in your meals:
Sauté onions garlic ginger black pepper and green papaya using coconut oil then add chicken legs or chicken wings cook for 5 mins then put a bunch of fresh moringga leaves like two large bowls then put enough water up untill all of the stuff submerge let it boil. Drink the soup liquid and all the moringga leaves like everyday and your breast milk will increase like crazy. Eat like that everyday. You need moringga soup every single day.

So sorry to here of such of the devil was in that teacher. That is correct here in US that kind of crap wouldn't go over easy.
Another thing is being able to talk to your kids. ASK those questions about what went on in school. No who's in the class room. Even in private schools ,you still have to be aware of what's going on.
Please pray over your children before you send them to school. What we have done since the birth of our 1st born whom is now 23 was pray morning, noon and night as a family when we're together. Never be to busy that you don't give God some time. There are 24hrs in a day , and 7 days in the week. Spend some time with God and he'll order your steps and direct your path.
Mr.Wat you are a blessing to your family. As the head of the home, I pray God's strength upon you.Be blessed!

I remember my elementary days in the Philippines I was in six grade. That day were supposed to bring our waste basket assignment and mine was still incomplete, and so when my teacher found out that everybody were all finished and some of us were still in the process of completion, the teacher asked to stretch out our hands and he got his long skinmy bamboo stick and whipped our hands one time and it really hurts. That time teachers were allowed to discipline the students, but now i believe they get prosecuted.

You can try to cook moringa just boil water with onions, garlic, ginger and little salt... No oil and when the water is boiling put moringa. Very nice taste and nutritious.
And yes that fruit is Rambutan... We call the same in Philippines.

They grow in Hawaii. In Florida, rambutans do grow. When it is in season Costco sells them. I love it..coz growing up in Malaysia we have couple of trees. Now living in South Florida, I get my fix from Costco. Besides Ashwaganda, also look into Triphala. Also, when it comes to boiling, heat kills the potent nutrition. Best would be, make green smoothies and add those leaves just a little

    Hi lily,
I live close to CDA idaho...
Anyway, you can cook Moringa with chicken& lemon grass..
.. sauté the garlic; tomatoes and onions..
    Then mix the chicken (pcs)
Add water & chicken cubes to taste...let it boil then add the rolled lemongrass; cover and simmer until chicken is tender then put the Moringa, let it cook ..
    ready to eat...
Also, this soup is good for muscle aches and helps relieves flu.
    Enjoy..

Lily, in Manila, Philippines we call it "Malunggay" leaves (some call it Moringa), according to my research it is equivalent to Kale when it comes to its nutritional value.. We usually include Malunggay leaves in our "Chicken tinola" which is the best also for lactating Mothers, its a chicken meal soup with a little more ginger and with chunks of green papaya ( or sometimes Sayote) .. and Malunggay leaves are the best for children spcly during breakfast, cook some leaves with their Egg omelets, its the best nutritious way to start their school days.. ❤

When I lived in Myanmar, I got bad sunburn, but could not find aloe in any stores in Mandalay.(probably because native people there did not need it.) I showed a picture of aloe to a native friend, and she said her neighbor had a bunch growing in her yard, and promptly picked some fresh for me! That was such a blessing for my skin!

Lily, sad to say but some teachers back in the days were absolute sadists. I grew up in Canada and remember being hit with a pointing stick, slapped across the hands with rulers, and even strapped with a strap in the Principals office. Thank goodness things have changed and our kids and grandkids don't need to endure that anymore. Life was not easy....

You can cook moringga by making soup. All you need is chicken, cut into pieces. Saute garlic, onion, ginger then add chicken. Saute till color turns white. Add water, boil till tender. Prepare moringga & green papaya peeled & cut into pieces add first papaya wait till it gets a bit tender add moringga for a minute. Add salt to taste. The soup will be a big help for lactating mother.
