    She’s spent her entire life encouraging women to be confident, but behind-the-scenes Susannah Constantine was hiding a secret. For almost 30 years, Susannah has been battling crippling anxiety, which she says often stopped her from getting out of bed in the morning. But Susannah refused to let it stop her from living her life. From overcoming her postnatal depression, to staying positive on the Strictly dance floor, Susannah joins us to share her story.

    Boarding school is not good for any kids under 16 because they are so impressionable at those early stages of their lives to left with strangers.

    I love Ammon and Ruth they can’t be bettered. How could you just dismiss them tobe replaced by people who do a lousy job .
