Use detol spray to stay away from leeches. Spray evenly on your boots and feets so they wont get on to your skin. It works very effectively.

Scenic video..👌 just a suggestion: Tucking the pant into the socks would help to keep the leaches away from the skin. Socks over pant to protect the ankle area from leach.
Normal socks wont be useful since leech easily gets in. But yeah tucking in helps upto some extent.
