So many great tips. We do a good many of these in order to simplify some things. But we love having a big tree and bringing out all our ornaments collected over the years. Our Santa doesn’t wrap his gifts… one less thing. We have so many activities that get scheduled so I get those on the calendar as soon as I know about them. Often I already know if we have a conflict and can let people know as soon as the invite comes if we will be there or not.
So many great tips!!! Holiday season is super busy so anything we can do ahead of time is very helpful. I also buy gift cards for thr teachers and typically will wait for Target to have their annual gift cards sale (10% off) and save some money 😊
Uh oh! What feels the most overwhelming? What are you most looking forward to? It’s so easy to feel like we have to do it all this time of year (and always) but definitely be willing to cut corners or let go of whatever is stressing you out. You’ve got this!
Thank you for responding! I have Ben doing a lot of thinking since my post- realized that my many traumatic life events have left me reeling and just know knowing what an impact they have had therefore I feel paralyzed. Need to grieve those past events and lay them to rest so I can finally enjoy ❤
What stresses YOU out most about the holidays? Any Christmas prep tips to share?
I just put my tree up. This came along just as I needed it!
Whoo hoo! Way to be so on top of things! 👏

Ooh, now THERE'S a smart Santa! Love it.
I give teachers gifts before the holidays (happy fall y’all) so that I don’t feel the pressure to give them Christmas gifts.
Smart! I love that idea.

Wow, I never knew they did that! Thanks - I'm TOTALLY gonna check that out. ;) Happy holidays, Marta!
Great suggestions!
So glad you liked them. Hope they help. Merry Christmas!
I’m feeling paralyzed already 😢
