This is a great idea reminder with labels and pictures! Takes the challenge out of refiguring my harness.

Great Job…Mark…..this is exactly what guys need…Should have gone with the blue one…..they’re faster..😊. On the tail light install, I just used a skinnier bolt and washers to make it fit the hole on the chrome fender hole…it worked perfect.

I just cut the rear plastic fender off just above the license plat and kept the stock tail light.Michelin Regae 120/90-10's, installed a stock CT70 front fender, chrome turn signals and called it a day.

i have a good trick for the st90 6 pesky bushings, they are a real pain but i went and got me a 22mm hole saw and they come right out with the metal ring, rubber chips everywhere but it works and doesnt take all those sockets and washers and force and ratchets

I'm going to be following this build ! I have already done the carb ( runs waaaaay better ! ) , and the rear swing arm slop fix , but am looking forward to all the other changes !!!! Especially the front fender !!! Also , if you do any thing to the front forks , mine are so stiff , feel like a rock , they basically don't compress ????

It could be that your forks are over filled and it can be difficult to get them to the right amount of fluid. If you can't get them to compress, our TB149 30mm fork assembly's are a bolt on kit!

We aren't familiar with the ST90, so you'll have to try them all out!
