Sold out my foot! They reserved a lot of the units for their families & friends. I applied on the very day they opened for viewing, and they didn't call me. They just took applications for formality. And yes, as much as they look decent, they are grossly overpriced because they know the demand is high & really & truly, they are just sophisticated tenement yards.
Bwoy real estate prices are ridiculous in Jamaica. Who is regulating the market? These houses are so basic yet over priced but oversubscribed. Lord make it make sense

How are house prices allowed to escalate to this extent. Abroad house prices are decreasing! What is really happening in Jamaica, locals are completely priced out of the housing market and cannot buy a property in their own Country
It's high time the Government steps in and put a stop to this manipulation of our hard earned money, for our sake and that of our offsprings!!.

These rooms are very small for that over the top price

The tray ceiling and recess lights are the only modern niceness to these nothing else all the laundry room plastic wash tub seriously kemtek kmt look at PortRidge Estate come on mon do better! Highway robbery because ppl are flocking these developments. Glad air bnb market soon under strict regulation ah good suh ppl we stop flock these as investment properties & burst this real estate bubble......FINALLY!

@@NextDoorJA or all those lot sold out i mean all the phases because i trying to fill the application for the townhouse but the system wasn't letting me fill the application
Phase 1 is sold out, if you are able to go on site and fill out an application for upcoming phases that would be good otherwise you could email them the error you are experiencing with the website or call where possible.
@@NextDoorJA that's what i realised that phase 1 already sold out then am trying to filled out the application for the other phases but it wont allow me to filled so i need to know if all the phases are sold out because someone was saying it's better you're on the opening day of 25th September its those people they give the priority to sign up i couldn't be there because am not in Jamaica at the moment am in the uk .so please let me know if all those phases have sold out thanks
No all the phases are not sold out, only Phase 1 is sold out. But still try to email them so you can get on a waiting list for the upcoming phases.
