I just wanted to say I love your content I've been in and out of Honda's all my life and recently acquired a 05 crv my brother gave to me for $200 or work it off by detailing his truck a couple times sadly I'm up north in the salt belt New Hampshire to be exact so the I've got much welding ahead of me but love your content keep up the good work

Hey, I just finished lifting my CRV last weekend I’m struggling to get the rear toe in spec. It’s only a 2” lift from HRG I got the rear camber adjustment arms and the spacers for the trailing arm and chassis stiffener bar. Can you think of anything? I see those adjustable toe arms on eBay but it looks like they are to help with toe in not toe out.
@thehondaresource. Do you have any shimmy at all at low speeds with your lift? My RD1 is mildly lifted with the subframe and engine drop kit and it shakes at 20 mph.
Im looking to Turbo my 2008 Honda Element SC. Does the K24A2 really give a big power boost vs the stock K24A8 ? I know the heads flow abit better and the vtec is different and the cams are abit bigger but im sure the stock K24 in the CRV/Element could handle enough boost to make 400whp. Any input would be great. Also what are you using to control the ECU ?
@@hondaresource yeah 400 with boost. But NA i only seen 16v make like MAX 250hp in Formula Atlantic revving 11,000rpm. Plus finding GOOD 4ages is getting pretty rare these days it seems. The ideal build with available parts these days would be K20/K24, BMW 335i 6speed transmission, Ford 8.8" diff IMO

I made almost the same hp on my last build. 98 CRV, LSV with a greddy kit. Made 267whp tuned by stoopidfast.
I could turn up the boost and make way more. I don’t have a boost controller on this. I’ve made 530 on a stock unopened k24a2

I have a 2nd gen 2004 crv that I want to boost, do you have any recommended kits that for other cars that would fit the 2nd gen crv ?
Non. Some parts for RSX would fit but you'll need to have some fabrication done to have it all fit properly

The stock engine would probably be fine for 400. The rods are weaker in the non a2 also.
