Can't Wait To Meet You is basically "Flower & Spots" reprise, but with more motif and less whimsy. It's a strange brand of melancholy mixed with hope, and the song being entirely guitar until the switch to piano at the end I feel adds a charm to it that no other song really captures. If time is never on your side, then look forward to what can be and work toward that. Who knows? Maybe the future's brighter than you think...
