I've just about had it with this country poor service delivery. This is just once again another reason why I need to get out of this country and get out fast. Our post office in my area has been operating for the past 6 months with no electricity cause the post office can't afford to pay the municipality account. How in the world has this government over so many years managed to get the post offices in this state. So no I have not got my pin and neither will I get it cause even the post office guy who use to come with his motorcycle told us that due to unpaid license fees he can't deliver the post anymore. I have just about had it with this government and I need to get out this country asap.

There was no tracking number, I just had to wait until it arrives at my door. If they say your pin is sent , it could still take 3 weeks before it gets to you

@@zwanndanana you said after the troubleshoot option you sent proof of address by taking an image of your electricity bill. The letters we receive have 2 codes. E.g if it's Takealot I put 5247, however for electricity bills it's 5201. Which one should I use?
Unfortunately the post office doesn’t help, you can go try for peace of mind. What matters the most is having accurate address. Indicate the house number or the stand number or the unit as well.

Yes. You should go and inquire. I was lucky that the post office delivered it to my place. But they didn’t even notify me that it was on the way, or that they have delivered
You start with your name, and then the street name, name of your complex (include unit number), town/ suburb, city and then your code (make sure this is correct)

I do t think the post office could help - if you had every information correctly, it would have arrived. However, just go check! Have you exhausted all your options of requesting for the pin ?

I requested twice. After every 3 weeks I was requesting a new pin

Real address. Initially, i inputted without the correct code and never received the letter. I ended up changing and then after a long wait i got it
