In that case, you'll need to update it to your current address on Adsense, if after requesting 4 times and the mail doesn't come, go and change the address to what's on your ID before going through troubleshooter.

Hello, all the money you made gets sent to your account, you can't specify how much you want. However you can specify the threshold and when the money reaches that amount, everything will be sent.

Use your current address. If you don't get the pin change the address to that on your id card before manual verification.
