I never comment on stuff like this..but my beautiful soul mate and wife just passed away last Friday...and I am up late listening to music...and this song and her beautiful voice was just what I needed...and it did make me not want to "surrender"...Thank you Rose...

As a teenager, I used to play Corey Hart's version over and over. Heard this cover on Supergirl and just had to find it and play it. Not ready to say I like it better than the original but it's a great interpretation.
