@@InfamousJJ420 Yeah i think they skipped a bunch of stuff with his training just to get him in NOW I have hope for Dominic though I think with a couple years in the company he can get better I've already noticed his mic skills improve they still aren't good but it's not as bad and also he seems to be in a good spot with Balor and priest next to him he has some time to learn and has those two guys to possibly help him and of course his dad teaching him as well.
And WWE still didn’t finish the Miz vs Morrison storyline🤦🏽♂️😢

Him and Dalton castles over the top story line is more entertaining then anything in AEW even and yet dumb Khan has both of them in ROH exclusively yet another waste.
John Morrison - great performer but I was never sure what his character was supposed to be. Reminded me of Jeff Hardy in the sense that Jeff was not the best promo guy but Jeff had natural charisma and a relatability plus storylines that showcased his character. I never felt that happened with John Morrisson.
Interesting assessment and i must say i agree
He was used much better in Lucha Underground, much like many other wrestlers. He still wasn't the greatest at promos, but his character fit him so well, it just worked. I also think it's the way they filmed the show. Batches of episodes shot in a day or so. Such a genius entrance for his character too... Just a fan blowing - low budget and perfect.

Problem with Morrison is I love the guy but always felt like he is not a main eventer because of you said.The only difference is Jeff does feel main event
Sounds similar to the tech industry. Work on a project make a few tweaks. Some the project vision gets convoluted, in which case if the ROI is low, and won't make money for the investors, they will de-scope or cancel the project and employees.

They literally had him return in a backstage segment some weeks before the Royal Rumble instead of making him return IN THE ACTUAL ROYAL RUMBLE
WWE just forgot how good of a heel he can be.
They making him a baby face, which is cool, but overdone.
He's the babyface in every company he works in.

It feels like a lot of the WWE fans saw Morrison as a badass athlete with a charisma on par with guys like Christian/Matt Hardy/The Miz while also having the athleticism of guys like Seth Rollins/Shelton Benjamin/Ricochet. But instead Vince turned him into a frattier version of some modern day animal house character but through a PG filter.

John Morrison. At the age of 6 I fell in love with hardy and began watching wwe. After a year of watching Jeff went to tna and I was too in love with wwe to watch something else. So, I needed to pick a new favorite wrestler. All my cousins had their fav wwe wrestler but mine was no longer in the wwe. First time I saw John Morrison in those flashy pants with the flashy shades he became my favorite wrestler after his first match. Can’t remember the name of his signature move where he bounces off the top ropes from his legs. Man I was tryna recreate that everyday on the trampoline wrestling with my cousins. I still have this framed John Morrison picture in storage my mom got me for Christmas years and years ago. I was so young. Shortly after I became a cm punk fan. Once I understood the point of a heel I loved it. So happy to see Morrison is doing well for himself. Wonder if he knows how important he was to some kids like myself who needed a new wrestler to love after hardy was released.

I liked seeing him and Miz having a comeback and we had good moments but as soon as he became a second to Miz again, I knew his days were counting.
One thing I’ve always wished for is to be able to see a prime John Morrison and dolph ziggler without the influence of Vince. Even as a kid it was obvious those two were a different class from most of the roster talent wise but their size held them back in Vince’s world. To this day I still think dolph/nic nemeth is a top 10 wrestler of the modern era

I hope Idubbz also remembers that his personality was the epitome of why everyone was attracted to his content not jsut his descriptions of people, he just at the time was with a lack of morality also expression his personality along side that, his sense of humor and creativity in his humor is something that I think fundamentally people loved and that I hope he still holds onto and is able to keep a light hearted sense of himself without being absolutely serious. Just look at Cold ones with a max and Chad or even Joji, they’re aware of their humor but also have disassociated themselves from their lack of morality from the past. The one thing you’ve done that’s truly admirable is out of your own chive hold yourself countable atleast for yourself and express a true sense of sympathy and awareness of the reality of your experiences and what your projected. I just believe you can sustain that moral consistency along side having a sense of humor that’s of course not hateful in any sense

He'll be back eventually. I've seen him leave and then return 3 or 4 times. Hopefully next time he's able to differentiate himself a bit from the John Morrison schtick. A Jim Morrison cosplay was passé when he debuted in the mid 2000s. He made it work the best you probably can, but something new would be better. A grunge feud with The Miz would be fun (or at least nostalgic for me).
He and Ziggler were tremendously underutilized

I highly doubt that Sandman had the same volume of ladies losing their minds like John Morrison did and likely still does
