Yes because she can survive first turn debuffs now and heal. But no if u don't have handguy yet. He still a must when you play turn 2 defensive player. Please choose handguy first. I use handguy more often than sage vivian

She can. As long as she has focus. She will reduce the damage by 70%. Actually really strong but can't hold over damage. Imagine if you have barrier and share damage But she can't hold the damage from a really high burst single target damage like Jenua tho

Bruiser ones go up to 12k hp, u can replace chatty with time matter or any damage artifact but make sure she is tanky enough
you can get it for free in side story. take a look there, there is one which you can activated anytime you want and farm the artefact
