This video really drops the ball by not showing more close ups on the most intricate parts of the build. All the cabling work should have gotten way more attention than it did.
They've changed some things. I just built one and the instructions have you remove the pulleys they describe as Pulley 1, 2 & 6 and run the cable from top to bottom. It's hard to describe, but looking at the manual it's pretty clear.
I noticed you guys made this point in the F-5000 video, but not here. The cable bolt only needs to be turned 7 times before fastening the lock-nut. If you screw the bolt too high into the carriage the cable will be too short and for me it was very difficult to screw back out. You guys should re-make this video with more emphasis on the hardware.
I got my in today. The curtains that are in the outside are too short in length and done reach their holes!! Is this right? Or is there a manufacturing mess up
Hi. We just got our Rep Fitness FT 3000 and we’re trying to cable it and having a really tough time. I was wondering if anyone is available for a quick phone call.
Hi Alissa - the best way to reach us is orders@repfitness.com or 720-420-1731 - it is Sunday and July 4th weekend, but we're back in the office tomorrow on the 5th - www.repfitness.com/contact-us/
This video could have been done better. There needs to be close-ups of the hardware and installation points. Especially when threading the cable through the machine.
Hi Selina! Thank you for the feedback! We will keep that in mind for future videos. If you have some questions about the hardware for install, send us an email or give us a call and our REP Customer Service team would be more than happy to assist. We can be reached at info@repfitness.com or 720-420-1731. :)
@@REPfitness No need to keep this in mind just do it!. Seriously we appreciate the tutorial but you will eliminate high call volume and support if your videos showed a closer view of what you're doing. Otherwise you risk low customer satisfaction due to poor instructions. The manual needs updating as well. Trying to put this together currently and the pulley portion is the most difficult and the instructions suck.
great turtorial...would like to see more closeup of the cabling though

Amen to that.
I just took this thing apart last night. Fully agree on the cable comment
So far I'm very impressed with this piece of equipment. The instruction manual was about useless. Thanks for the video!
These kinds of builds are super helpful. Appreciated!
Absolutely! Thanks for taking a look. We will be making a lot more of these.
Close ups of the cable placement would be very helpful
Yes I agree and a close up of the end of the cable where the rubber ball stopper is installed
I HAVE A MIGHTY NEED!!! PLEASE LET THIS COME BACK IN STOCK SOON!!!

Just ordered one myself. Looking forward to it coming!
Awesome!! You're going to love it!
Jacob Wulff Hey Jacob, how do you like FT3000?

When we this be up on the website? I've been really wanting a FT-5000, but haven't been able to justify the $$$ yet but this might fit in the budget!
Going up on the website today! Keep us updated and feel free to reach out with any questions.
Thank you so much for doing this. The cable machine I bought came with no installation instructions and this saved me.
Don't you guys have for rep arcadia ft-3500 assembly
I wonder if there will ever be a plate loaded version of this or will it be easy to disassemble it to make it easier to move.
Thanks. Anyone know where to buy the rock grip mounts? Or something to fit in those holes in the front? Appreciated.
Seems like no thought was put into this. The cable instructions need to be redone. Can’t see or understand anything they are doing.
Does this item come with directions? Video appears out of date and therefore I am unable to install.
Gotta kinda use both

Sorry about that. Thankfully doesn't affect performance while we get you helped out. Please contact our customer service team at info@repfitness.com
Seriously needs close ups of which way the washers go etc
My cable carriages are not sliding on my high- low’s.
Hi Adrionna, sorry these are not sliding easily. Please email info@repfitness.com - our customer service team can help.
@@REPfitness I have the same issue, one went through smooth but having trouble with the other.. Did you get this sorted?

Agreed
Yep, needs close up B-Roll
How tall is the guy in the cap? I'm about 5ft 7, I hope I'm able to do tricep pull downs while standing.

I had to resort to watching it on an 85 inch 4k TV and still could use better close ups
