Hello po, we also booked a flight to Thailand via scoot and may lay over po sa SG. 1 hour and 45 mins po ang layover time. Sapat po kaya ang time na ito to find our next boarding gate?
Hi po! I would say that this is just enough para po mahanap unh next gate for your boarding. Normally may mga nakastation po na airports personnel na malapit sa exit gate and they will guide your through. Our last flight (Feb2024) has the same layover time and sakto when we arrive, sakay na po agad sa next plane ☺️. Have a safe trip po!! 👍👍
Hi po! We havent tried bringing our food but as a rule of thumb, snacks bought inside airport premises are allowed. But to be sure you can also check po their website as they will normally give advises there ☺️☺️☺️

Hello po! Yes po, two hours layover can give you time to roam around kahit mga few minutes sa Jewel provided na hindi po late ung flight or on time. Though karamihan po is nasa transit area lang para hindi na po sila magahol sa next flight. On the second question, Jewel is labas po ng transit area hence kailangan po ng immigration check. ☺️ Have a safe trip!
Hi Mam! Upon check-in, the crew will ask you what bags will go directly sa destination. In my case, i asked my bag to be directly picked up or claimed in last destination. However, if need nyo po ung mga items na nakacheck-in (example may gamit ng bata or pwd), you can tell sa check-in that you will get the bag sa transit country. Please note that they will put a different BAG TAG sticker and may nakalagay na country of destination - so pacheck na din po :) Hope this helps you!! Have a safe travel!!
Hi. QQ lang please.. May nakita ko kasi sa FAQ, i-ask ko lang sana if ganun talaga sa reality. Question ko is talaga bang 2.5 hours lang before the flight nag-oopen ng check-in counters ni Scoot? Worried ako kasi wala naman akong check-in pero kailangan ko ng proper boarding pass bago magpunta ng immigration. If 2 hours lang matitira saken to be in immigration, paano na lang pag nagkataon mahaba ang pila di ba. Thank you.
Hi po! 2.5 hours is the general rule po for most of the airlines. However nagiiba iba po sila depending sa operation ng airport itself. May mga cases po na mas maaga sila meaning 3-4 hours before the flight departure, open na po ang gate. In our case when we are using PAL, mas maaga. For Scoot po, it varies kaya ang suggestion po namen is still if kaya po ng mas maaga sa airport, makakapila na po kayo. Also, please avail their online check-in facility para mas mabilis po. Hello po! The baggage storage po na naisama sa vlog is located at Singapore Changi Airport. Used it while in SG and going around para hindi po hassle madaming dala. 🙌☺️
Do NOT fly Scoot if you value yourself. This airline lost my trench coat, which was in the checked-in luggage, and refused to compensate for the loss. What is even worse is that Scoot keeps wasting your time by repeating the same BS again and again.

I was booking my flt for December and one of the choices has Scoot fr Changi to Manila nung mapanood ko vlog mo parang complicated Scoot so I booked na lang ung me 1:55 hr na lay over na lang 😁 Hopefully sa return flt (6 hrs layover) namin makapasyal ng konti sa Changi.
