Oh boy, ‘The Ipcress File’…Now listen to me…now listen to me…! Very good. This is much more useful and interesting/less common as a sound processor in this way as an effect than as an instrument, for me anyway. Thanks for the very decent and comprehensive demo, a proper job of it.
What you are doing is exciting a system with an impulse. To me, the interesting part is the system's response. Remove the impulse or record only the system's response and that's music to my ears! Keep up the great work!
I had my first go with this app over the weekend and the mic on my iPad was selected as input by default. There was a tv on in the background. I just let it do it’s thing while I previewed presets. Super fascinating.
