My last one made 215 whp all motor high compression Piston and Rod combo and stock b16 vtec head on E85. Tuned by someone reputable. Lasted 4000 miles ☹. Just got everything for the next build, this time with a CSS B18 short block from Lozano for LSVtec then Turbo.

People will have to go into newer technology since the engines are getting much harder to find, and if you do find some they have been decked too many times. I for one struggled just to find a decent short block B18B, or a complete B18C to replace for my blown B20V. Eventually just went with Lozano Performance and got me a sleeved B18B. Future LSVTEC Turbo.
