Reading #2 & 3. #2 has been an ongoing issue that has led to health issues for me due to not standing up for myself with certain people for years. By internalizing my feelings it’s now led to issues that I have to address now in the coming weeks. I’m finally putting myself first and telling people no. It’s not been easy but it’s necessary.
